8/12 - Perfect Your Pigeon: Get ready for the ultimate hip opening yoga pose. We will explore all things pigeon! Learn how to prop this pose, explore gentle variations, and how to take it to the next level including floating pigeon!
8/19 - Prop Your Pose: Learn how to use basic yoga props in your everyday practice. Make your savasana more yummy. Add space and extension to your lunges. Relax in supported backbends.. and more!
8/26 - Yoga for Sleep: Getting true, restful sleep is more important than ever these days. You'll learn about moon salutations, calming poses, meditation techniques to quiet a busy mind, helpful hints on what to do (and not do!) before bedtime, and poses you can practice if you wake up in the middle of the night.
9/2 - Yoga Party! - Theme to TBA, but it's gonna be a blast!
