In collaboration with Yoga Chikitsa, we are thrilled to offer you this Yoga Alliance accredited weekend intensive Chair Yoga certification course. Chair Yoga is a wonderful bridge in bringing people into a yoga practice. It is more accessible and less "scary" to those people who are not likely to step onto a yoga mat otherwise. It can be taught in schools, offices, senior centers and studios. Learn about how to use this incredible prop with seniors, those with physical limitations, recovering from surgery, and even practiced yogis.
