Diane will be presenting “Yoga for Sleep” (aka “Bedtime with the Beatles”) at this Fall’s Cosmic Yogi Festival. Come learn the most common reasons why you can’t sleep at night and how to remedy them with sleep inducing yoga postures.

Sponsored by Dallas Yoga Magazine, this event features yoga businesses and other holistic vendors, a variety of speakers including topics for new yogis as well as a studio owners, 24 yoga/meditation classes, demonstrations and much more.

Veterans and Active Military will receive free general admission with Military ID

Children under 12 and Adults over 65 will also receive free general admission.

Advance tickets will be $5 for general admission and $10 for VIP. VIP includes general admission, as well as access to all yoga classes and speakers.
